Shipping & Returns
We ship orders throughout the day and try, where possible, to get your order out on the day it is ordered. Our couriers come late in the day, which gives you more time to place your order. Our cut-off for delivery to leave that day is 2 pm. If you’re cutting it fine, please call us, and we will do our best to help.
UK (Mainland)
Smaller Items (>2kg) – 2-3 working days (can be upgraded to express if required)
1-2 working days (sent express as standard)
Pallets – Next working day
UK (Remote Area)
For remote areas, we use a number of different couriers depending on where you are located, so the below ties are estimated, but we will always send your item using the fastest service available.
Smaller Items (>2kg) – 3-5 working days
Larger Items (2kg+) – 2-3 working days
Pallets – Economy 2-3 working days

To activate your warranty with us, complete the online form on the warranty registration page. This will register your product on our system and validate your warranty.

Overall a good value solution, but 2 issues I have to raise:-
1. Service Instructions for home servicing would be a good addition to the pack, or at least a link to an online document showing how to service the motor correctly.
2. The replacement water impellor I found to be of poor quality, and did not fit the shaft as intended, infact the rubber casing has split so a better quality replacement will be sourced.
