Blu Thru Boat Engine Salt Flush Tablets

I did my own research as a sceptic. I have for nearly forty years only used tap water to flush out any salt or brackish water after every use. During the season once a month I use Blu Thru & have seen remarkable differences when it comes to end of season servicing. The cooling hoses inside my inboard V8 looks remarkably cleaner than ever before. This tells me it does clean & protects the engine for an extended life.

I use Blue Thru during winterisation of my customers outboards, many are present during the engine service, I use a small rectangular loft tank around the lower gear unit and tend to add around 6 tablets each time. The customers seem impressed as the cooling becomes deep blue, I run the outboards it long enough for the water temperature to rise so the powerhead thermostat opens allowing the cleaning of the head. I was quite sceptical of the actual effect of the product but wasn't actually that bothered as it looked the part. One day I surprised myself by throwing a heavily salt encrusted anode into the bottom of the tank when I poured out the Blue Thru I found a gleaming lump of zinc. I was so impressed I now use it on my own outboard

Bought this to flush out a suzuki outboard, had been having problems with the tell tail blocking up all season, what a fantastic product, pumped it through and since then got a nice jet out the tell tail.

Just started using Blue Thru on my new jet ski will see the results later on, just a warning to those living in high humidity area's, the tablets crumble to powder even with the sachet in and cotton wool on top. I keep the bottle in the house now.
