Construction and Performance
Unlike standard foam boards, the Mistral Colora Air utilises ultra-high-density drop-stitch technology. With 15,000 woven polyester threads per square meter, this single-layer PVC construction provides high longitudinal stiffness. This means the board holds its shape for better speed and control, rather than flexing under load.
Performance is further enhanced by the "Fast Flow" squash tail profile with hard-edged rails, designed to reduce drag and improve water release. For tracking, the board is equipped with two moulded soft rubber side-bite fins, ensuring safety without compromising on control.

- Satchel Bag: Measuring 60 x 35 x 10 cm, this bag features breathable netting, reinforced handles, and a 2-way zipper. It includes internal hook-and-loop pockets to keep your gear organised.
- Wrist Leash: Essential for keeping your board close in the surf.
- Repair Kit: Includes PVC patches and contact adhesive.
User-Centric Features
- Smart Valve Position: The H4 high-pressure valve (tested to 60psi) is mounted at the nose. This allows you to fold the board from the tail to the bow, naturally expelling air as you roll it up, making deflation and packing significantly easier.
- Comfort Deck: The top is covered with an ultra-comfortable, high-grip EVA foam pad that provides traction for control and cushioning for your chest.
- Easy Carry: A neoprene-covered canvas webbing handle makes carrying the inflated board to the water comfortable.
Materials, Care & Storage
- Care: Always rinse with fresh water after use and towel dry. Inspect seams regularly and remove stubborn marks with PVC cleaner (avoid abrasive pads).
- Storage: Store indoors in a dry, ventilated space away from direct heat. The board can be stored deflated in its bag or inflated (partially deflated to 8 psi).
