Specialised kneeboard handle with integrated hook bar for effortless starts and total control
The O’Brien Kneeboard Rope and Handle is a specialized towing system engineered to work seamlessly with kneeboards featuring integrated hook systems like the Aqua-Hook and HydroHook. This combo is designed to make deep-water starts effortless by utilizing a dedicated Aqua-Hook Bar. This smaller bar, located just forward of the main grip, allows the rider to easily hook the handle onto the board’s starter hook while keeping the main handle close for a quick and secure transition once the board is planed.
The handle is built on a high-strength, lightweight T6-6061 aluminum frame with a 12-inch width, providing ample space for a comfortable two-handed grip. It features a "Brick Design" EVA grip that offers a tacky, non-slip texture even when soaking wet. To ensure maximum stability, the handle is equipped with Roll-Stop end caps that significantly reduce handle rotation. The 75-foot total length is highly adjustable, consisting of a 55-foot mainline with 15-foot and 5-foot sections, allowing riders to find the perfect distance behind the wake.
