Self-Charging Hydrogeneration

The ePropulsion Spirit 2 represents the next generation of electric boating. Designed for dinghies, tenders, fishing boats, and day sailors up to 2.0 tonnes, it packs a robust 2kW motor (with a 3kW Sport Mode boost) into a portable package. Weighing just 20.6kg*, split evenly between the motor and battery for easy carrying, it delivers the power you need without the heavy lifting or fuel mess of a petrol engine.

Integrated Battery & Range

Gone are the external cables and bulky fuel tanks. The Spirit 2 features a massive 1539Wh lithium-ion battery that clips directly into the top of the unit. The high-capacity 48V system is fully compatible with ePropulsion’s E Series batteries and solar charging, delivering an impressive range of approximately 7nm at full speed, and can recharge itself using water flow while under sail between 3 and 16 knots.

User-Friendly Design

Operation is virtually silent (under 60dB) and completely maintenance-free; no winterising, flushing, or servicing is required. The digital tiller displays real-time range and battery levels, while the 45W USB-C output allows you to charge your phone or fish finder directly from the outboard. With a stepless throttle, adjustable tiller, and magnetic kill switch, it is safe, simple, and reliable.
