The Boatworld ST 240 completely rewrites the rules for compact tenders. ST stands for small short transom, an exclusive engineering design in which a solid engine board is cleanly bonded inboard between extra-wide stern tubes. This means you get all the flat-folding, locker-friendly benefits of a roundtail dinghy without having to deal with an external engine bracket. The ST 240 is built around a brilliant balance of storage convenience and on-water performance. Because the small, short transom is set inboard between the tubes, the weight of your outboard sits securely within the boat's footprint. This provides a massive upgrade in lateral stability on the water compared to traditional roundtail designs. When it's time to pack away, the lack of a full-height transom board means the boat folds down exceptionally flat, making it the perfect solution for tight motorhome storage or smaller yacht lockers.

What truly sets the ST 240 apart is its simplicity. The integrated V-shape planing hull ensures reliable tracking and smooth handling through the water, eliminating the need for complex inflatable keels, heavy drop-stitch floors, or slatted mats. It is incredibly quick to deploy, featuring a 4-valve inflation system that gets you from the boot to the water in minutes.

Despite its compact storage size, the roundtail layout maximises internal deck space, giving you far more room inside than a typical 2.4m dinghy. It comes as a complete package, equipped with two adjustable sliding seats, so you can perfectly balance passenger weight. Constructed from durable 0.7mm reinforced PVC with a heavy-duty rubbing strip, it features multiple stainless steel tow points and intelligently placed inner and outer grab handles for easy one-handed lifting.
