Returns/Cancellation Policy

At Boatworld, we take pride in selling the best watersports equipment in the UK. However, if the item you have purchased is not what you wanted, please return the merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. 

Please ensure the goods are returned in their original packaging, original labels/tags, unused and undamaged. Include your original invoice as proof of purchase, and if resealing boxes, use clear tape and not coloured packing tape or duct tape. A refund, less shipping, will be applied to the original form of payment, or if requested, products can be exchanged. Handling charges will apply if goods are not returned in a resalable condition, and the original packaging is damaged.

When returning an item for a refund, please use a trackable service, as items lost in the post will not be refunded. If you need us to pick up the goods on your behalf, we can do this using one of the couriers we use, but we will have to charge for this service.

If you need to return an item for an exchange, we offer this service free of charge. Give us a call on 01246 453815 and we can arrange a collection of the goods or send a Royal Mail return label.

Faulty Goods under 30 Days

If goods are defective or damaged when you receive them, please notify us by email or phone within 7 days from the order date. You then have 30 days from the original order date to return the goods after a claim has been submitted. Our customer service team will advise you of this process based on the issues via email. Once we have inspected an item and accepted it as defective or damaged, you will be offered a full refund, including shipping or a replacement.

Faulty Items over 30 days

Depending on the circumstances, your statutory rights entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund. We only offer a refund when we are unable to offer a repair or an equivalent replacement. Please contact us via email or phone if you have any questions, and then submit a claim here, and one of our customer service team will be in touch.
