Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Information

Working with the right couriers is very important to us. We pride ourselves on our fast deliveries and working with the right companies is all part of that process. We work closely with FedEx, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail & the TPN Network (pallets) and have done for many years. We ship hundreds of parcels though there networks every year and we are confident in their ability.

We ship across the UK, Europe & the Rest of the World using all of the 3 companies but on the odd occasion one of the couriers doesn’t cover your area we use other companies such as Evri and Parcel Force to get your item there. Also, feel free to contact us after you have placed your order if you would prefer us to use a specific company to ship your goods, we know sometimes you have preferences, and will do our best to help.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming which courier has been used to deliver your goods with the consignment number and a tracking link so you can track your delivery.

We recommend that you provide a mobile number as this will aid the delivery processes and enable the courier to contact you if required. If you do add a mobile number you should receive a text message from 7am on the day of delivery with an estimated time slot and a link to live tracking information, if an email is provided then you will receive and email also with similar information.

If for some reason you don’t receive an email with your tracking please double check your junk email folder, if it still hasn’t arrived feel free to contact us with via email on [email protected], call us on 01246 453 815 or message us on social media and one of our team will be more than happy to get back to you, please make sure you quote your order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
