We’ve had our kids out all summer on this and they love it. They weren’t too keen on the flat inner tube type, because they are not the type who want to be hanging on for their lives. They want a fun ride, but don’t want to go flying. The Hot Dog is exciting and bouncy, it doesn’t go outside the wake but gives a bit of a trampoline effect if you get into some waves. We had three kids on it that totaled about 300 lbs and it rode great (10-15 year olds) We’ve filled it once at the beginning of the season, stored it in the garage full, and just topped it off a little each time we go out. It’s held air very well. The kids don’t find it difficult to climb on to at all.

This is the best inflatable out there. Very comfortable to ride. It’s like a cadillac, and feels like riding a jet ski. Kids ages 3-7 absolutely love it. Wife and her friends ride with no problem. It’s so comfortable and easy to ride, we do tricks on it, sideways planking, standing up, etc. no problems. Very hard to get it outside the wake, this is more for the conservative riders and children. You will never be flipped on this baby, so if you like flipping a lot and having your arms ripped out of their sockets, this is not for you.
