Description
Boatworld is proud to introduce our Rib Cover PU backed, 600 Denier, 7.2 oz Polyester cover. This cover will fit Ribs from 10.6 ft to 11.5ft (3.2-3.48mts) with an adjustable beam of up to 70ft (1.78mts).
This cover is a superior product to most available on the market. Our Rib Cover is Mildew Resistant, UV Resistant, Water Repellant and has a 1/4 inch elastic cord fitted around the hem of the cover for easy fitting.
- 55′-70′ ( 1.4 – 1.78mts) Adjustable Beam
- 600 Denier PU backed Polyester
- Cut out at the back to accommodate for the engine
- 3 elasticated cut-outs at the bow end of the cover to accommodate a variety of bow shapes (photo 5)
- 1/4 Inch Elastic Cord around the hem for tight-fitting
- 4 Tie Down Straps
- Breathable cover
- Double stitch sewn seam
- Free anti-moisture storage bag with handle
- Spare strap for tying up cover when not in use

If storing on the water would the elastic cord around the hem be strong enough to keep the cover on the RIB or would the tie down straps need to be fitted as well?

Read moreA Hi there, Yes, the tie-down straps would need to be fitted to ensure a secure fit. If not, the cover would be prone to pooling whilst it's over the boat. It is also a good idea to use a product like the Boatworld Telescopic Cover Support to create a teepee-style effect to try and prevent this from happening as well.
