Description

The Boatworld Anchor Bungee is a must-have when anchoring off the beach. Fed up of getting your shorts wet? With the Boatworld Anchor Bungee never swim to shore again!

Boatworld Anchor Bungee is a system of bungee style rope for mooring several different craft from PWC to boats. Get to shore and let your craft return to anchor as you secure your bowline.

How the Boatworld Anchor Bungee Works:

Simply attach your Boatworld Anchor Bungee to a stern anchor and when 30ft or so from shore, drop your boat into neutral and drop your anchor overboard with your Boatworld Anchor Bungee attached. Then power on to shore, everyone gets out with all their gear, and whilst holding onto your bowline let Anchor Buddy pull your boat back onto a safe anchorage from shore.

  • Stretches from 14 ft to 50 ft
  • Stainless Steel Fastenings which means No Rust!
  • Available in Blue, Red and Black
  • Maximum capacity of 1800kg

    Anchor Buddy – Quite good
Considering it costs little more than a decent Rope I bought an Anchor Buddy from Baotworld and tested it yesterday. It is an elasticated rope that allows you to drop anchor just off the beech then motor into the beech and then the Anchor Buddy pulls the boat out to the deeper water. A rope attaching the boat to the shore lets you pull it back in again to get on board.

The attached pics are with 2 ribs on it in quite a strong tidal flow

The orange rope is the Anchor Buddy

Well worth a purchase me thinks

Best device I ever added to my boat. Use it in combination with a bow line and you can tender your boat back and forth on the lake shore, avoiding all rocks, stumps and gunk on the shoreline. Just don’t get a dark colored one as you won’t be able to see it in the lake water and you could run over it. I have bright orange. If you lake shore your boat at all, this is a MUST!
